NT Picture & Sound’s high-end Digital Intermediate facility is located in the heart of Hollywood, next to the ArcLight Cinemas complex and restaurants, with on-site gated parking.
We offer a comprehensive range of HD, 2K, 4K and post production services to filmmakers. In addition, NT Picture & Sound provides the service and technical expertise to help guide you through today’s technology maze.
The DI process can start with either film or digitally acquired elements.
DI offers creative options and flexibility.

Finishing is completed at NT. There’s no shuttling or couriering of film and other elements to other facilities.
Titles, credits, and optical soundtracks can be completed and VFX incorporated at NT and viewed in our digital/film theater.
At the conclusion of the DI process film recording is done with Arri Laser recorders.
NT Picture & Sound produces the optical soundtrack at our parent facility, NT Audio, in Santa Monica.
NT Picture & Sound is equipped to provide deliverables including:
- HDCam, HDCam SR 4:4:4, D-5, and standard definition formats.
